- Determines the resources needed to plan and implement IT applications. Discusses requirements with end users and provides software suggestions and recommendations to users to help them understand potential limitations and challenges.
- Reviews and evaluates proposals to determine feasibility and compatibility.
- Designs relational databases that meet user needs.
- Monitors system performance to ensure proper operation and identify possible problem areas.
- Designs, implements, tests and maintains required software. Establishes and documents standards for use and operation of software.
- Identifies problems or potential problem areas and recommends solutions.
- Evaluates software products for possible purchase.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- BS or MS in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in application development/ Technical support
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English/Korean
-Strong business process and system analysis.
- Coordinates the work of the regional IT
- Technical support of IT equipment (PC, HP Server and Network equipment)
