- Setup the operation or renewal plan including the concept and strategy of all websites
- Manage the whole projects related to web design activities and indicate the direction
of web service
- Support the activities related to other teams or the tasks related to the cooperation of
other companies
- Communicate with other teams and gather their requests and then assign them to a
suitable team member
- Contribute to team performance achievements and improve its ability through effective
and positive coaching

- Over 7 year experience in web business field
- Experience as a team leader or team manager
- Experience of establishing e-Business strategy for web site building projects
Worked for online game company, portal or web agency (desirable)
- Excellent skill for MS Office
- Ability of strategically thinking and understand the web business and game industry
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Good communication skill of English
