Quality team providing strong direction and control of all aspects of Supplier quality management and support for handsets and accessories

1. Degree in Science or Engineering discipline preferable.
2. Min 7 years experience in a similarly regulated environment and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with strong problem solving ability.
3. Demonstrated track record in development of new supply sources will be a distinct advantage.
4. Project Management skills to manage supplier/material changes within the Company and with the Suppliers.
5. Ability to proactively participate in cross functional teams.
6. Experience in materials testing.
7. Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is desired.
8. Candidates should preferably have completed Lead Auditor Training and actively applied experience.
9. While highly experienced, individual remains open minded and adaptable to change.
10. Good interpersonal skills, feeling equally as comfortable in front of the Customer and Third Party companies as they do with their colleagues.
11. The individual will have the enthusiasm to deal with a difficult and often dynamic daily work load and can demonstrable the ability to work alone on the job.
12. Able to travel internationally at short notice.
