담당업무
1. Monitor performance for customer marketing actions and CRM KPIs.
2. Perform customer data analysis to provide insights on customer trends, key products, and promotions.
3. Reinforce Lacoste membership program by providing insights on customer segmentation, membership benefits, and customer behaviours.
4. Manage customer engagement campaigns leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
5. Lead customer survey and brand/store equity tracker to monitor brand asset
6. Initiate research on trends and identifies emerging opportunities that the business could capitalize on and gain a competitive advantage in terms of consumer acquisition and retention in the market.
7. Communicate and coordinate with all internal services and vendors for all customer data related subjects.
경력 및 자격요건
- Proven work experience as a CRM specialist with data management & analysis experience : 4-6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced and competitive market environment
- Solid experience with customer relationship management and KPI metrics
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset and be prepared to challenge existing practices
- Results driven; highly analytical and data liberate
- Commercially astute and creatively aware
- Practical knowledge of working with the CRM system
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Power BI Dashboards
- Team player with excellent people management and inter-personal skills
- Proactive & independent and willing to take initiatives
- Superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights/
- Good understanding on consumer marketing
- Good English skill is required
- Experience in fashion, premium retail preferred
