· Lead and manage the HR department to provide high quality HR & office admin services to the managers and employees, which includes Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and Relocation and office admin.
· Develop, implement and execute strategic HR business plans in alignment with branch and Pacific goals and objectives to facilitate the contribution to business results.
· Initiate, identify and lead improvement projects by applying excellent project management skill and TQC methodology to improve cost effectiveness and overall department and organizational efficiency.
· Identify vendor requirements, source, select and manage vendors and third parties to ensure the effective delivery of HR programs and processes.
· Lead to develop, implement and deliver innovative and relevant solutions/programs in response to company requirements, environment and business changes.
· Provide advice, consultation and coaching to managers and employees on overall HR programs and processes, employee development, performance management, etc.
· Make daily operational decisions with flexibility but in accordance with HR Policies and Guidelines
· Keep updated of local labor law and subsequently revise and update HR policies & programs accordingly.
· Provide leadership to enhance team cohesiveness and team spirit also with other teams and departments.
· Understanding of market HR trend and competitor HR information to share with managements for proper decision making.
· Fully responsible for people management, coaching and development to raise the direct reported employee competency to achieve company objectives.
· Provide support to other branches HR department as a team.
경력 및 자격요건
· University graduate with minimum 7 years of experience in the HR field preferably in multinational companies.
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skill
· Strategic planning skill is required.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skill
· Excellent knowledge on OA tools and applications
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and local language
· Strong presentation skill
· Excellent project management skill
· Good coaching and mentoring skill
