1. Business Management
• To develop a retail strategy and introduce implement plan in order to drive sales growth and profitability
• Develop retail account plan to achieve revenue, KPI, profitability, inventory and brand equity targets
• To build and maintain close partnership with department stores and cooperate with MD, VM and Store Managers
2. Retail Management/Operations
• To seek for retail operational excellence including store improvement and customer service
• To manage day to day operation of stores
3. People Management
• To communicate vision and goal clearly to retail team in order to achieve targeted KPIs
• To motivate, oversee and evaluate employee performance & potential ensuring adequate staffing
경력 및 자격요건
• Over 15 years of relevant retail experience
• Experiences of Retail Manager/Brand Manager in import brands
• KPI Management experience
• Strong leadership & communication skill
• Strong networking experience with store managers, sales staffs
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
