1. Retail Marketing Execution (DTC)
• Own and execute visual merchandising standards across DTC (mono brand) stores
• Ensure premium in-store brand experience through product presentation, storytelling, and layout
• Support the rollout of integrated retail campaigns in collaboration with marketing, commercial, and agency partners
• Ensure consistent application of retail marketing guidelines, toolkits, and campaign assets across channels
• Support the development and delivery of marketing execution guidelines to channel partners and store teams
• Track campaign execution and provide feedback to improve effectiveness and ROI
2. Visual Merchandising & In-store Execution
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards for mono stores
• Support in-store execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment between marketing activation and VM presentation
• Assist in new store openings, seasonal setups, and retail events with VM execution
• Monitor store-level execution quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure consistency of product presentation and brand storytelling at point of sale
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with commercial, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment across planning and execution
• Act as a bridge between strategy and store-level execution
• Collect insights from stores and channels to inform future campaigns and VM improvements
4. Budget & Agency Coordination
• Support budget tracking and reporting for both retail marketing and VM initiatives.
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns and VM setups
5. Key Metrics
• Consistent and premium retail visual presentation
• Retail store productivity and sell-through improvement
• Positive consumer feedback and enhanced shopping experience
경력 및 자격요건
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant work experience in retail, fashion, or sports industry.
• Experience in executing in-store retail programs and visual merchandising standards.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Good presentation and facilitation skills.
• Portfolio of past Retail Marketing/VM work is preferred.
