Responsibility:
- IT Account Manager for leading IT procurement process with plan and strategy to establish target of 2,000,000 USD cost saving from IT budget spending

Work Activities :
- State sourcing plan for 2008 and lead procurement life-cycle for IT projects and Admin purchase request
- Work with business users to determine system requirements and define scope of project for sourcing
- Evaluating suppliers with critical factors – Quality, Price, Ability
- Control bidding and price negotiation with suppliers to derive best deal
- Lead contract review, due diligence validation process with E&C and Legal on behalf of business users
- Preparing documentation and presenting monthly progress report
- Analyzing issues with current IT budget over actual spending and provide solution in written or oral reports
- Managing IT asset & goods for business purpose

- IT related degree holders preferred, but not mandatory
- 3~8 years experience in IT Procurement related task
- Good in both Korea & English
- Proficient in PC Application
- Ability to learn quickly and be flexible
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Team working ability
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
