Lead and manage the Digital Flagship team, overseeing category managers responsible for all categories
Develop and execute the overall operational and commercial strategy for the Digital Flagship, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities
Plan, coordinate, and implement online promotions, campaigns, and merchandising initiatives to drive sales, conversion, and customer engagement across all categories
Oversee the management and optimization of product detail pages (PDPs), ensuring accurate information, compelling visual content, and timely updates for all SKUs
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies at both category and platform levels
Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, digital, and IT teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and seamless execution of campaigns, launches, and platform enhancements
Monitor competitor activities and digital retail trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the online apparel, footwear, and accessories markets
Oversee the integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WMS, OMS, analytics solutions) to enhance operational efficiency and the customer journey
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving the digital customer experience, platform capabilities, and business processes
Prepare and present regular reports on overall platform performance, category sales, promotional effectiveness, and operational KPIs to senior management and key stakeholders
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Digital Flagship team
경력 및 자격요건
Minimum 10 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital flagship management, or related digital retail roles, preferably within the fashion, accessories, or lifestyle sectors
Proven track record in managing multi-category e-commerce platforms and leading teams to achieve commercial and operational goals
Strong understanding of e-commerce system architecture, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), DOM, WMS, and OMS integrations
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, customer behavior metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies
Demonstrated experience in digital merchandising, product curation, PDP optimization, and campaign management across diverse categories
Excellent cross-functional communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with IT, marketing, merchandising, and external partners
Proactive problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Up-to-date knowledge of digital retail trends, customer-centric UX, and best practices in e-commerce operations
Fluency in English is required for effective communication with global teams.
