- Be a window to contact customers’ quality concerns
- Contact customer(s) to find the quality matter either before or after if any, to communicate between customers and our company related organization.
- Maintain the quality index and Best practices for continuous improvement
- Follow up our company Quality procedure and activities related
- Plan quality performance and survey customer satisfaction in timely manner
- Report quality index to reporting channel.
경력 및 자격요건
- BS degree from Industrial Engineering or Mechanical or equivalent major
- A minimum 3~5 years of direct work experience at Plastic manufacturing industry
- Fluent Korean and English skills are a MUST
- Automotive industry experience is preferred
- No restriction to local and overseas trip
- Should have skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Six sigma qualification is preferred
