3.Survay legal opiniion & market practice
4.Draw up the irregular legal documents
5.Implement remarketing process
6.Manage the outsourcing agent
7.Train and supervise collection staff in the above areas of collection
8.Generate collection activity reviews
9.Monitor performance and productivity of assigned staff
10.Design incentives scheme

1.+5 years of stable experience in captive, non-captive and 3rd party collections in consumer or auto finance
2.Good knowledge about litigation and legal issues
3.Need to management experience of field collection center or field collectiors
4.University graduated
5.Fluent in English
