-Build on Watch Product Strategy & Sales follow up: You will be the key role to understand watch business landscape and set strategy/goal to achieve watch product KPI, novelty product forecast in communicating with regional marketing team. You will collaborate with communication, operation, CRM and retail team to improve cross-functional orchestration. You will regularly monitor of WW watch stock list to proactively discover target product for local market.
-Enhance Watch Business Performance: You will discover areas of improvement in watch business and share with stakeholders regarding high ticket watch commitment status and follow-up actions accordingly. You will support and enhance local events/momentum with watch assortment to present complete brand universe.
-Drive Watch Product training: You will develop/localize necessary watch related contents and tools to support BTQ. You will conduct regular watch product training in cooperation with training team.
-Market Research: You will observe watch business competitor landscape up to date, taking it to consideration on long/short-term watch product strategy.

-You have professional experience in product operation within luxury retail industry.
-You have good interpersonal skills with collaborative ability to drive different stakeholders.
-You have strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-You are excellent in managing data and keeping up the record.
-You have advanced level of English proficiency (verbal and written).
