• Strategy: Build online and offline media strategies to grow NB Korea's business and brand.
• Plan & Operation: Secure strategic online and offline media placements to build brand awareness, expand business influence, and establish a strong brand presence.
• Innovation: Find new & innovative media to make an impact on the market.
• Data Driven: Analyze the media data to build continuous enhancement for the brand.
• Budget Control: Effectively manage media budgets to achieve key objectives/KPIs for each initiative.
• Business Impact: Lead brand and performance marketing media in close collaboration with the e-commerce team to maximize the impact on business demand.
• Agency Management: Collaborate closely with global media and/or local agencies to maximize the efficiency and consistency of media strategy/planning/execution/reporting.
• Reports: Regularly publish media reports on media/consumer/digital marketing trends.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams to provide the best brand experience across all consumer touchpoints, especially in the media environment.
• Regional Teams: Establish close working relationships with Regional HQ Marketing Teams and other regional function Teams to ensure a continuous flow of communication, media insights and marketing assets.
경력 및 자격요건
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Media Planning or relevant disciplines
• Experience in consumer products or related retail sectors
• Exposure in the sportswear fashion industry will be an advantage but not necessary
• Analytical and with strategic thinking & business acumen
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Excellent Presentation (PPT) & excel proficiency required
• Excellent command of written/spoken English presentation
• Agreement on the possibility of requesting additional requests during the process (Portfolio)
