• Develop and model performance characteristics of existing products both at company’s development labs and at customers’ facilities.
• Develop performance characteristics of new products ready for commercialisation.
• Work at customers’ site to
- Demonstrate and qualify company’s products
- Enhance the performance of company’s products
- Solve customer technical problems
- Identify new or improved product opportunities
• Collaborate with equipment manufacturers using company’s products to maximize performance and develop new products.

• Previous work experience in semiconductor or FPD technology (Photoresist Industry).
• Education: min. BS in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Must be fluent in written and verbal Korean and English.
• The ability to interact and collaborate with technical and manufacturing personnel internally & externally.
• Competent and comfortable with hands-on work in the laboratory and can work independently in a customer’s production facility.
• The ability to communicate well to understand customer’s needs and to articulate and sell ideas and solutions.
