Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct store visits on regular basis to ensure all store training programs are properly delivered and conducted as optimal quality.
• Provide coaching and feedback with frontline staff.
• Monitor and implement the training action plan alive.
• Understand retail business and create an action in line with business direction in a timely manner.
• Partner with Retail Management to identify and address sales opportunities on sales floor.
• Evaluate and provide coaching on service opportunity elements of brand products and service experiences based on customer feedback, in collaboration with the store manager.
• Review localized contents before publishing on the in-house learning platform.
• Work closely with training manager and global team to receive all training related guide and develop contents.
• With the cooperation of training manager, maintain training tools updates.

⚫ University graduate or above in related disciplines
⚫ Minimum 4 years training experience in a customer contact (multi-location) environment.
⚫ Retail store experience is a plus.
⚫ Motivate and inspire people to adapt to deliver the Company strategy.
⚫ Ability to conduct training and in-store coaching sessions.
⚫ Able to travel across the country to in-store training.
⚫ Excellent communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
⚫ Great Team Player.
⚫ Fluent in Korean and English.
