-Collaborate with executive leadership and regional/HQ HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Korea’s business objectives.
•Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
-Utilize talent acquisition metrics to continuously enhance sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
•Strategic Budget & Cost planning and reporting
-Managing the financial resources for all HR-related activities, such as payroll,
benefits, recruitment, and HR technology.
•Performance Management & Total Rewards
-Ensure local reward strategies align with HQ, maintaining competitiveness and
regulatory compliance.
•HR Operations & Efficiency / Organizational Development
-Lead the development and implementation of HR programs and drive continuous
process optimization.
-Build leadership capabilities and lead succession planning for key roles.
경력 및 자격요건
•Experience: Minimum 15 years in HR with at least 5 years in a leadership or head-of-function role
•Industry: Experience in luxury retail, consumer goods, hospitality, or other people-intensive environments preferred
•Languages: Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
•Strategic mindset with strong business and commercial acumen
•Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
•Strong leadership and people development capabilities
