• Brand Strategy & Market Planning
-Lead annual brand sales and commercial targeting, planning and budgeting to maximize market share and profitability.
• Marketing Campaigns & Communications
-Lead communication & PR activities planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns including digital, offline, and events—to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Product & Portfolio Management
-Oversee brand product launches, life cycle management, and merchandising strategies for each brand specific portfolio.
• Retail & Trade Marketing
-Work closely with sales teams in stores and brand partners to develop in-store brand activation and visual merchandising.
• Customer & Market Insights
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• P&L Support Responsibilities
-Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and cost efficiency

• Experience: Minimum 15 years in brand management or marketing, preferably in luxury goods, watches, or fashion industries.
• Industry: Strong understanding of luxury retail and consumer behavior in Korea.
• Languages: Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and market understanding.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
