- Develop and deliver in corporate programs in people development and organizational culture.
- Design, develop and execute training programs to enhance staff’s knowledge and
skills in selling, customer service, communication and leadership.
- Coordinate and deliver other corporate and retail initiation such as Town-hall meeting,
awards ceremony, retail conference and store on-site coaching.
- Translate materials for developing contents of both corporate and retail programs.
- Work with retail team to review, amend and enhance training programs and delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with international team’s trainers to ensure global alignment of
training strategies and priorities.
- Support company events and employee engagement activities including ESG initiatives
- Manage the organization’s Learning Management System and training budget
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder with minimum 7 years retail training and management training experiences in
multinational companies is highly preferable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver trainings and host events
• Contents development skills for retail and corporate training programs
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office including Powerpoint, Word, Excel.
• Leadership, Communication, CS Leaders, SMAT certificates are preferable.
