• Develop and execute integrated social strategies that align with brand positioning.
• Localize global social playbooks and creative assets, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Identify emerging social trends and platform innovations to keep the brands ahead.
2. Content & Campaign Execution
• Manage content calendars, influencer campaigns, and social-first creative development.
• Deliver best-in-class content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Naver Blog, KakaoTalk, ensuring consistency of voice and tone.
• Partner with agencies, creators, and production vendors to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to excellence standards.
3. Influencer & Community Engagement
• Build and maintain partnerships with influencers and creators, aligning deliverables to brand strategy.
• Cultivate engaged communities by responding to feedback, managing user-generated content, and fostering authentic conversations.
• Support global influencer initiatives while tailoring activations to Korean consumers.
4. Analytics & Reporting
• Define and track KPIs across campaigns (reach, engagement, sentiment, ROI).
• Produce regular reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Contribute to cross-market learnings by sharing best practices with APAC/global peers.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with global brand, creative, PR/communications, and e-commerce teams.
• Align closely with Korean brand, media, and retail marketing to integrate social into broader 360 activations.
• Act as a cultural trendspotter—informing brand teams on consumer insights, cultural shifts, and digital behaviors.
경력 및 자격요건
• 8+ years’ experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital campaign management (consumer brands, lifestyle, FMCG, or home appliances preferred).
• Strong platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and local Korean platforms.
• Proven experience managing influencer programs and social communities.
• Demonstrated ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven optimization.
• Skilled in campaign tracking, KPI measurement, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in Korean and English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
