Ensure all SAP capabilities are demonstrated to obtain customer commitment and
close sales

Ensure successful implementation
Develop, as part of the solution design team, implementation plans by defining scope, objectives and deliverables
Assemble and manage implementation teams
Manage implementation as planned and ensure project profitability
Timely escalate problems to Account Management
Manage expectations of and relationships with customers, partners and Account Management
Conduct regular reviews for internal project performance
Conduct regular QA by phase
[Continuous Process Improvement]
Project wrap up
Project closing by sign-off
Ensure all project knowledge is updated in CPI
Develop new business opportunities with CPI information

•More than 10 years ERP solution Consulting Experience
•Experience in managing SAP projects and understands SAP eco-system and business environment.
•A strong communicator and negotiator.
•A natural leader who is able to foster excellent working relationships both internally and externally at all levels.
•A highly regarded individual among our partners and key customers
