Timely escalate problems to Account Management
Manage expectations of and relationships with customers, partners and Account Management
Conduct regular reviews for internal project performance
Conduct regular QA by phase

Ensure all project knowledge is updated in CPI

•More than 10 years ERP solution Consulting Experience
•Experience in managing SAP projects and understands SAP eco-system and business environment.
