Responsible of the organization and deployment of local training to the client advisors and store manager of all mono-brand stores ensuring to be the a point of reference for all training activities and related materials for own geographical area.
- Responsible of the deployment of the sales trainings to store manager and sales team
- Responsible to engage and develop store managers and team on commercial training topics
- Develop and follow up action plans related to Mystery Shopping and Voice of the Client initiatives
- Accountable for coordination of training events to do in class and in store and deployed by the trainer or by external consultants
- Responsible for defining and inviting the right audience(for all mono-brand stores)
- Participation to the train the trainer sessions organized from corporate training department
- Responsible for local adaptation of the contents of the training released from corporate
- Work with retail team and Store Manager / Local Merchandisers /Human Resources Department
- Suggest improvements on training tools assisting store managers/sales force

- Minimum 4 years of experience in relevant department or business industry.
- Flexibility, Business Awareness / Team player
- Training processes, techniques and tools
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
