- Coordinate all aspects of staffing & recruiting, including arranging job advertisements internally and externally, resume screening, following-up on all
communications with prospective candidates, arranging/conducting new hire first day orientation.
- Search firm management
- HR Data input/update to Human Resources Information System database, maintaining data integrity.
- Manage temporary employees, including managing the vendors
- Headcount management, including maintaining headcount roster, and sending monthly headcount report to USA/AP
- Participate in various HR projects
- Other HR operational support

자격요건
- 학력/전공: 대졸이상/무관
- 이전 경력 및 업무: 인사 경력 2년 이하
- 영어능력: Above intermediate reading/writing/speaking English proficiency
- 컴퓨터 활용 능력: Advanced Excel/Power-point/Word capability preferred
