*Responsibilities
A.Financial Reporting – the funds have quarterly reporting requirement to their investors. Much of the quarterly reporting is generated from a combination of existing financial models and reports from the general ledger. Each region has responsibility for reporting for their regional investments
•Oversee accounting for all fund regional investments
•Ensure all transactions are property recorded in fund’s book and records systems.
•Review quarterly financial statements for accuracy and transparency
•Review the develop notes to financial statements, advising investors of significant policies and results
•Ensure that accounting polices are appropriate and are properly and consistently applied
•Ensure that global policies and procedures of group are complied with the country and region
B.Oversee regional tax compliance, including substance requirements and filings.
In addition, Fund Finance has global responsibilities for the Funds that operate on a Global basis and ensuring coordination and support for those funds from the Fund Finance support, including:
•Overseeing audit process of the fund related to regional investments and overseeing the audit of the underlying investments. Establish and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls; liaise with (Fund) auditors regarding financial audit and compliance issues.
•Ensuring that CFO and Portfolio Management members are well informed on current and future accounting and tax issues with appropriate analysis on the impact on the respective investments.
•Management of FX risk, including risk assessment of risks, development and implementation of hedging strategies with CFO, management and execution of transactions, and management of positions.
C.Assist in deal execution as needed

*Required Skills / Experience
•A CPA or equivalent qualification in accounting with 6-8 years of experience at a global fund management company. Fund and Partnership accounting experience is a plus.
•Experience with real estate and real estate finance is strongly preferred.
•Must have a solid understanding of financial statements and accounting standards (Korean GAAP required, IFRS a plus). Ability to understand investment banking and real estate deal terms and conditions is a plus.
•A high level of motivation and commitment.
•Autonomy in work and ability to meet tight deadlines.
•Excellent computer (specifically Excel) skills.
•Strong English fluency (written and spoken). Other Asia languages would be highly regarded.
•Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
•Proactive approach.
