Business Requirements & Solution Design:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for both new initiatives and operational enhancements.
• Develop functional and technical specifications to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
System Operations & Monitoring:
• Perform daily monitoring of system performance and conduct regular checks to maintain system stability.
• Proactively identify issues within systems and work closely with IT teams to resolve them efficiently.
Process Analysis & Optimization:
• Conduct analysis of business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Suggest process improvements that align with business objective.
Troubleshooting & Issue Management:
• Act as the point of contact for operational incidents, providing troubleshooting and coordinating resolution efforts with IT teams.
• Document and manage incident logs, track resolution status, and prepare post-incident reviews.
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
• Keep documentation updated, including system configurations, change logs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Develop knowledge-sharing resources, such as user manuals and FAQ documents for system users.
Stakeholder Communication & Support:
• Serve as the liaison between business users and IT, facilitating clear communication of operational issues and project updates.
• Provide support for change management activities and user training as part of system enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in an IT Business/System Analyst role
• Experience in IT system operation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of business processes and experiences to optimize its processes
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.
• Analytical thinking (symptom – problem – solution)
• Excellent Korean and good English written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience in supporting ERP is a plus
• Experience in supporting POS and Omni processes is a plus.
• Experience in the multinational retail industry is preferred.
