• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Respond in a timely manner to inquiries including quotations via various routes.
• Route qualified opportunities to the sales managers for further development and closure.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Actively utilize Sales Force for relevant sales processes.
• Maximize customer relationships through timely routine contact with both new and existing customers.
• Identify market intelligence on competitive activity and communicate to appropriate internal resources in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet business goals.
• Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities.

• Participate in projects and other initiatives inside and/or outside of the assigned area, team or business group, as needed
• Manage (key) principals for the Pharmaceutical business in Korea. Implement and execute strategies in order to achieve business and growth objectives, as well as conversion of key projects into sales.
• Lead all aspects of account management and new business development activities, including strategy development and tactical execution, setting account goals & objectives, and driving efforts to achieve them.
• Identify key decision makers and develop strong relationship with customers to support retention and translate into new revenue opportunities, programs to retain and grow existing accounts.
• Ensure profitability of the business by achieving monthly sales targets through direct selling & monitoring performance against targets and by securing business with new & existing customers. Develop organic growth with both existing and new customers.

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical or in a related field
• 7-8 years of overall work experience in Sales and/or Marketing
• Experience in the distribution of Raw Materials, ideally from pharmaceuticals
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and capable of independent working
• Strong negotiating skills and problems solving ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of driving Sales and achieving Sales & Margin targets with
entrepreneurial spirit
