1. Store Development & Store Planning
Working in close collaboration with Global Store Development and HK Procurement / Security Team to plan and execute retail projects in the region. In collaboration with regional store planning leadership, identifies, assesses, contracts with, manages and directs: Local architect and other consultants as required to execute projects within budget, on schedule, and to corporate quality standards. Through the design development and store planning processes, ensure that each project meets the following objectives:
-Meet or beat project budget
-Meet or beat project schedule
-Optimize identification of and visibility and access to the store
-Optimize the presentation of product throughout the store
-Optimize the use of space to create a welcoming environment
-Appropriately represent the brand
-Meet functional requirements
Propose value engineering solutions to NY team as required to achieve approved budgets
Support to Procurement and Sourcing in the vetting of vendors and reviewing local samples

경력 및 자격요건
[Required]
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or Building Technology
- 10~15 years of experience in store planning in the region preferably for a Jewelry / fashion company
- Strong interpersonal , communication, project management and people management skills
- Multi-lingual and strong verbal and written English communication skills
[Preferred]
- Real Estate – Lease Negotiation and landlord relationship management experience
- Working knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering
- Design and detail oriented. Client focused
- Facilities and Property Management experience
