1. Achieve sale target & operating profit by supporting Store Managers’ sales activity,
promotion, manpower by continuous visits to Shops
2. Promotion planning
- Conduct sales promotion with discount rate guidance
- Discuss with LL to have visuals, promotion events etc
- Manage preparation and feedback for each promotion
- Develop new promotional activities
3. Store Management
- Develop sales and KPI plan with executing proper plan to achieve sales target
- Negotiate with LL better condition of stores
- Manage overall store operation
- Store managers recruitment
- Support the development of the store project such as opening, renewal and closing.
- Develop operation excellency from top to bottom : Operating system / POS environment
4. Sales data and KPI analysis
- Analyse sales by season, category and store
- Analyse competitors’ sales and keep tracking of competitors’ project and trend
- Forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales based on leftover inventory
5. Budgeting
- Support budgeting of outlet channel sales, Qty and DC rate
경력 및 자격요건
-Over 10 years of relevant experience
-Analysis & Intellegence Capability for sales results & market status
-In-depth understanding of field operations
-Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
-Good English skill is preferred
-Good Computer skill (MS Office)
-Direct operation experience preferred
