1. GM Assistant
-To schedule and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel of Deputy GM
-Document, database control
: To consolidate the contents of the monthly/weekly reports from each department for submission to the regional office.
: To Collect contents for the Budget/Meeting presentation.
-Itinerary sheet update for Deputy GM or visitor’s market visits
-Meeting management for monthly MGM meeting/ Yearly workshop coordination so on
-Flight and travel agencies handling for visitors, contact with Hotel and arrange meeting with regional travel department.
-Ad hoc reports
2. Administration Support
- Monitor and maintain office/store equipment and office supplies
- Office General Affairs & GA payment (parking/canteen/office supplies management, etc.)

• Business Fluent Level in English
• Positive, proactive, process oriented and enthusiastic attitude of working
• Self-motivated for improvement and willing to accept new situations
• Excellent proficiency of MS Office (especially in PPT)
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill and open mind
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Native Korea
