• Drive CSR initiatives from conception through to execution and reporting
• Identify and develop new CSR projects that align with values and social responsibility goals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support cooperation projects and ensure alignment with external needs and expectations
• Monitor and analyze trends in the gaming and IT markets to proactively adapt and improve CSR strategies
• Foster a culture of open communication, creativity, and proactive problem-solving within the CSR team
• Contribute to building and maintaining trust and positive relationships with stakeholders
• Actively participate in the growth and development of the CSR team and its projects

• 인재양성 및 채용, 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR) 및 대외협력, 또는 사업 기획 분야에서 최소 5년 이상의 경력
• 프로젝트를 독립적으로 관리하고 이니셔티브를 시작부터 끝까지 추진한 경험
• CSR 원칙, 사례 및 동향에 대한 이해
• 다양한 내외부 이해 관계자와의 뛰어난 의사소통 및 대인 관계 기술
• 창의적이고 전략적으로 사고 할 수 있는 능력
• 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 여러 우선순위를 관리할 수 있는 능력
• 신속하고 정확하게 자료를 수집하고 분석하며 이를 이해하기 쉽게 문서화할 수 있는 능력
• 긍정적인 사고와 다양한 문제 상황에 대한 유연한 대처 능력
• 국내외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

(우대요건)
• 경영학, 사회과학, 커뮤니케이션 또는 관련 분야 학사 이상의 학위
• 게임 또는 IT 산업에서의 근무 경험
• 지속 가능성 및 환경, 사회 및 거버넌스(ESG) 관련 경험
• 글로벌 CSR 이니셔티브 또는 프로젝트 관리 경험
