•Lead integrated business planning / rolling forecast in strong collaboration with the business stakeholders
•Provide financial analysis with various data source
•Be responsible for month-end closing and submit the management report to HQ on time
•Analyze and simulate profitability by brands and channel
•Pilot key innovation for the APAC, and play an instrumental role to “test & learn” new digital capabilities
•Closely monitor all financial metrics and highlight risk and opportunities on a timely manner.
•Conduct effective analysis on sell-in/out volume, sales and resource allocation
•Master data management, to ensure all the data is successfully integrated in the system
•Develop integrated business planning / rolling forecast in strong collaboration with the business stakeholders

•Min. 8+ years of FP&A or accounting experience
•Growth mindset, Excellent communication skill, High work standard required.
•Strong data analytical and business process expertise
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
•Working experience in FMCG preferred
