담당업무

I. Buying Support
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
• Support seasonal buying
• Prepare seasonal training material, styling-book and newsletters
• Responsible for stock allocation scheduling and execution for seasonal products
• Support inventory management
• Manage defective items/report (to HQ)

II. Ad-hoc projects & Administration
• Responsible for all administrative tasks relevant to MD team
• In charge of daily communication with stores for MD follow-ups

경력 및 자격요건

• min. 2 years of relevant experience
• Luxury/Fashion industry experience is a plus
• Team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Attention to details, analytical & multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in MS applications; Expert in excel is an advantage
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
