- Lead and aligned segmentation and differentiation strategy & approach for Double RL, Purple Label, Collection, Watch & Jewelry, Children’s wear and fragrance that optimizes potential for revenue and market share
- Consolidate & overview merchandising reports/topics for all RL brands in Ralph Lauren Korea e-Commerce
- Analyze sales performance through sales data and review online platform’s consumer feedback report
to catch up best & worst sellers by season"
- Regularly analyze market trend by attending the trend seminar of trend research agency as well as monitoring other competitive brands
- Developing potential opportunity products for eCom and test out new eCom sales initiative to lead innovation
- Engage with Merchandising team as one same working group to support preseason buy forecast
- Build relationships with APAC/Global Merchants and key functional partners
- Own business statistics such as sales history, market trends, key online platforms requirements, competition, product mix
- Maintain a strong understanding of product demand, forecast and inventory levels
- Day to day business management of visual merchandising and site search optimization
- Work in partnership with the eCom merchandisers to curate a premium assortment and customer experience on site
that supports the wider business strategy across all online stores."

- 7 years of e-Commerce merchandising experience with fashion retail company
(Multinational company experience is preferred)
- Experience in LUX business or Children’s wear business is a plus
- Proven ability in merchandising strategies, robust assortment and SKU productivity elevation efforts
- Ability to build commercial input and provide Region Korea market’s insight and product needs
- BA degree and above
- Fluent in Korean and English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
