• Provide day-to-day functional support for business applications including incidents and service requests to manage and control systems and all the interface related.
• Understand the challenges and impacts of business processes.
• Understand business and data flow and gather issues and requirements to ensure successful utilization of applications.
• Collaborating with Business / IS project manager by understanding business needs and being able to translate this into understandable, actionable requirements.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into Design (functional and technical specifications)
• Propose technical solutions in line with demand and as a priority via a core model logic.
• Strong interaction and collaboration with colleagues from APAC and HQ
• Support business teams during project test phases, as well as on the RUN
• Ensure adequate training on how to use systems to perform business operations is efficiently organized and conducted to new hires and to operational staff.
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT Business/System Analyst role
• Experience in IT system operation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of business processes and experiences to optimize its processes and suggest/implement most suitable solutions.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.
• Analytical thinking (symptom – problem – solution)
• Excellent Korean and good English written and verbal communications skills.
• Database and SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in supporting POS and Omni processes is a plus.
• Experience in the multinational retail industry is preferred.
