Commercial
• Support the Country Manager on any rent negotiations, new deal negotiations and contract renewals
• Provide leadership and support to Assistant Area Manager/Store Managers in the area and teams to maximise sales and growth in each location
• Responsible for setting, measuring and helping teams to achieve sales and KPI targets within the region in line with company goals
Finance and Operations
• Support the store P&Ls, focusing on increasing profitability and driving business results
• Carefully manage store operating costs
People Management
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to recruit, train, and develop staff ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnel driving a culture of excellence
• Ensure that all employees are properly trained to provide outstanding customer service, have complete product and company knowledge and are able to act as ambassadors for their respective stores

• At least 8 years solid experience with 3 years in similar position
• Demonstrate a deep understanding and awareness of luxury retail, fashion, customer demand and competitor activity within the zone
• Demonstrable experience of increasing turnover and profitability in previous roles, as well as successful management of P&Ls, budgets and sales growth
• Advanced level Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
