· Lead various corporate support functions such as Finance, administration, sales & CS administrations and MIS to provide the highest level of services to the business in alignment with branch and Pacific goals

· Lead to develop, implement and deliver innovative and relevant solutions/ programs in response to company requirements, environment and business changes.
· Work with Pacific MIS to implement and execute both short-term and long-term strategic MIS business plans in alignment with Pacific goals and objectives to contribute to the achievement and exceeding business results.
· Manage vendor(s) to implement MIS processes and procedures to ensure high operational standard.
· Provide leadership to enhance team cohesiveness and team spirit also with other countries and divisions.
· Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, product lines and departments and branches as necessary
· Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as requiredFinance:
· Lead and manage the Accounting team to provide high quality of professional Accounting services to the employees & other business units.
· Implement and execute strategic Finance & Accounting business plans in alignment with branches and Pacific goals to facilitate the contribution to business results.
· Fully accountable to maintain system setup and data integrity of the Accounting system
· Fully responsible to handle all filings to local authorities and company secretarial documents according to statutory requirements, and liaise with auditors and professional consultants to carry out required company audit exercises
· Keep update of local Accounting & Taxation requirements Operations & Logistics:
· Lead and manage the effective and efficient delivery of sales administration services and function in compliance with Pacific / Corporate policies and guidelines.
· Fully responsible to maintain data entry and data integrity of the WISE (Oracle) system and Installed Base system.
· Achieve highest internal customer satisfaction through administering professional sales admin services
· Implement and execute both short-term and long-term strategic logistics business work plans in alignment with Pacific goals and objectives to achieve and exceed service business results.
· Maximize spare parts usage and cost effectiveness to meet branch / Pacific logistics budgeted expenses & to achieve employee and customer satisfaction through the right level of spare parts inventory.
· Ensure branches logistics operation compliance to company policy and procedures through performing periodic auditing exercises.
경력 및 자격요건
· University graduate and CPA qualification with minimum 8 years of experience preferably in multinational companies with at least 3 years at management level
· Solid hands-on and technical experience in finance, accounting and taxation is a must
· Familiar with US GAAP accounting and reporting requirements.
· Oracle experience is definitely a strong advantage
· Familiar with practices and statutory requirements in Korea
· Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills with inter-cultural understanding
· Excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skill.
· A good team player & with customer focused mindset
· Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule.
· Able and like to work in complicated business environment which include links to Pacific headquarter in Hong Kong
· High level of verbal and written communication skills in English.
