• Managing, motivating, and developing your team in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance with all HR related matters – Health and Safety, Policies, Procedures, and Benefits.
• Planning and managing the rosters for the store team.
• Conducting morning meeting and preparing the updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store.
• Collaborating with Talent Acquisition team for recruitment process and Payroll team for payroll system.
• Coordinating and discussing with management team on talent management, retention, and succession planning.
• Managing employees’ performance and organizing staff engagement activities and meetings.
• Ensuring the onboarding procedure, exit interview, training plan and evaluation are held based on guidelines.
• Taking ownership of HR KPI of the store to achieve the company’s objectives.
• Managing all kind of HR data such as structure coverage, turnover rate, training status, etc. to drive making the healthy team organization.
• Working closely with the store management team to provide HR strategy, employee relations, organizational needs and to drive HR projects and people initiatives.

• Over 3years management experience in the retail field
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain relationships and influence team members at all levels
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
• The ability to motivate and develop a team
• Natural ability to work as a team
• Familiar with MS Office, excel, word, and power point
