1. Demand Planning Management
Be responsible to lead series of SC &OP cycle meetings (Demand review meeting, S&OP meeting) and manage all planning system and process related process with relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with business and finance teams alongside sales target and budget.
Sales forecast management based on future promotion plan, sales history and market trend.
Identify future opportunities and risks and let functional teams review and convert into forecast figure.
Manage sales forecast via rolling forecast files and Future Master for various channels.
Work closely and communicate effectively with central demand team for forecast management.
Review ales and forecast results, analyze gaps, and specify forecast drivers with key stakeholders to improve demand forecast accuracy.
Develop effective forecasting models based on available data including market trends and demand patterns.
Develop and maintain Demand and Inventory plans.
2. Supply Planning Management
Be responsible in appropriate purchasing plan to ensure on time supply.
Manage purchase plan based on sales opportunity, target, and budget.
Proceed regular replenishment and new launched item orders with close work with business teams and central supply
team
3. Inventory & 3PL Warehouse Management
Be responsible for inventory target of aggregate level and safety stock of SKU level.
Manage stock projection and sales loss analysis with racking root cause
Identify and analyze OOS, Excess & Obsolete risk with actual sales progress vs. forecast, and communicate with stakeholder to make action plan.
Manage and Control Phase in & out.
4.Process and System development
Play a key user role in SCM process set up for any new system and process development and implementation.
Lead continuous improvement of processes and systems related Supply Chain

At least 10~15 years of working experience in Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
Experience in consumer industry preferred.
Numeric sense and cross regional working experience
Continuous improvement mindset and initiatives of problem solving.
Team collaboration, effective communication & presentations skills
Proficiency with data integrity, MS office, BI, and ERP system (SAP or Navision)
Fluent in both written and spoken English
