• Management store in Department store and Initiative plan to increase sales.
• Analyze sales figures and Forecasting sales weekly and monthly base.
• Communicate & Motivate store manager for sales & store management.
• Retail Activities & Operation including store inventory.
• Store operation support and hiring store manager
• Negotiate with landlords for improving store environment and maximizing sales.
• Monitoring competitor’s promotion & sales trend including product
• Support to set up business plan on new and existing projects.

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years and Maximum 10 years of experience in sales in fashion industry
• Must have department store sales experience.
• Good communication skills.
• High OA (Excel, PPT) skill and English intermediate level prefer.
