- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain and update HRIS data accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal politicies.
- Provide support for C&B projects and initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR function to improve HRIS.
- Reponse to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and HRIS-related issues.
- Participate in HRIS upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary payments.
- Handle administation of the 4 major insurances.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in C&B or HRIS
- Strong numerical and anlytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
