• Create a culture of exceptional customer experience. Strive for excellence in every customer interaction utilizing the service steps in the ooo service and sales program.
• Partner with District Manager and Head of Sales to identify, recruit and develop best in class talents and secure a succession plan in order to meet requirements for a luxury customer experience.
• Assist in planning and leading strategic plan initiatives in partnership with District Manager and Head of Sales.
• Analyze data, understand industry trends and highlight competition-based trends on a regular cadence, and compare data with previous years results to benchmark and support continued growth.
• Ability to work cross functionally with a variety of different teams and leaders including executive teams.
• Accountable for the monthly sales plan, setting individual and team goals, sales targets and proactively assess and manage performance against expectations.
• Employee relations; ensures all performance management standards are met, including but not limited to tracking disciplinary actions and rewarding employees where appropriate, addressing complaints and resolving problems, executing Performance reviews, and other company initiatives in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Accountable for inventory management, cash handling, loss prevention and health and safety.
• Payroll and time management of the workforce.
