  • 1. Support store by providing tools to perform all back of house operations
    - Assist in the maintenance and implementation of operational support systems e.g., Inventory systems, suppliers ordering, etc.
    - Allocate supplies budget to stores and track records.
    - Takes the lead, partnering with the operations professional to ensure operational excellence in all tasks.
    - Arrange store cleaning (Daily & Monthly)
    - Arrange BOH set up of new stores and event (pop up)

    2. Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
    - Support and review packaging order process and manage packaging stock level at stores.
    - Arrange Uniform for newcomers.
    - Implement standard processes by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
    - Coordinate the communication and in-market implementation of global directives by partnering with store operations team and functional group.

    3. Oversee store inventory control.
    - Review open order of stores and report to HKSSC (Monthly)
    - Assist retail operations manager with cycle count review and physical inventory prep work.
    - Coordinate price changes, re-classes and ticket changes.
    - Assist retail operation manager with Inventory adjustment review of stores

    4. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy. Partner and communicate effectively with Operations Professionals, Management to respond and follow up to requests quickly and accurately.
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • - Over 12 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration
    - Fluent in English
    - Analytical skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    - Organized and detail oriented
    - Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
    - Proficient in multitasking and effectively managing multiple responsibilities concurrently
    - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenged with proactive and solution-oriented approach
