1. Planning and Analysis
• Led yearly budget and mid term plan with each retail channels
• Review and analyze sales, financial and KPI and proactively provide ideas to achieve or exceed business goals.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal analysis

2. Profitability management
• Proactively manage Store-related OPEX with particular emphasis on Personnel Expenses
• Analyze and monitor individual productivity, driving optimal operations inclusive of scheduling, timely deliveries, organization of teams (in line with match to traffic)

3. Retail Operations
• Roll out of key retail project/initiatives to enhance the excellence of retail operation
• Identify improvement area, plan and implement the solutions
• Manage country loss prevention standards and ensure that shrink goals are met
• Set and implement best practices on operations management via cross-functional and cross-channel collaboration. Drive process improvements and strategic priorities in the country
• Set-up and roll out the operation priorities

• 8+ years of experience in retail excellence, operations, or any relevant
• Multinational company experienced preferred
• In-depth understading of Retail planning & operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
