- Marketing Strategy and Plan_ Fragrance & Skincare
. Support MD to define the strategic directions and lead the marketing plan.
. Plan the local marketing calendar in alignment with the global guidelines.
. Implement the marketing plan to increase brand awareness, brand’s market share, and sales growth
. Define, implement, and monitor marketing activity (launches, renovations, re-push of products, campaigns, field activities, competitor review)
- Product Management_ Fragrance & Skincare
. Prepare yearly marketing objectives and strategies based on business and market trends through quantitative and qualitative analysis, recommending any necessary strategic changes.
. Collaborate and coordinate with various teams in terms of product registration, import, and other logistics functions to ensure that the Marketing Plan will be fulfilled within the schedule.
. Establish annual/monthly forecasts by product and monitor the performance of each product category, highlight the products with poor performance, and recommend solutions to resolve poor sales.
. Recommend the product deletions on an annual or seasonal basis.
- Report & Analysis_ Fragrance & Skincare
. Monthly by category and channel sales performance analysis and defining key indications for business.
. Conduct post-launch evaluation analysis of major programs.
. Analyze competitors’ activities and trend reports.
- Stock Management_ Fragrance & Skincare
. Based on the forecast, monitor the stock level if it’s in line with sales and forecasts
. Manage the right stock level by communicating with related teams
경력 및 자격요건
- 5 ~ 8 years’ experience in consumer goods in an international company, preferably in the cosmetic industry
- Effective and professional communication skills in Korean and English
- Proactive and positive attitude, passion for the brand & cosmetics industry, interpersonal skills
