Strategic Sales Planning & Execution.
I. Participate in preparation of strategic planning and annual budget to design effective promotional and activation plans (“push strategies”) as well as corporate global strategy.
II. Implement Trade Marketing Strategy and Channel Development Plan
III. Work with Channels Sales managers and Marketing team to develop annual trade marketing strategy and channels development tactics and plans. Build up cross-brand holistic promotion and L3F plans for each channel
IV. Establish profile & classification of opportunities vs. corporate Battlegrounds
Enhance L3F Management.
I. Develop and update L3F (merchandising and POS) plan for channel and strategic outlets and help On & Off Sales Team on execution.
II. Develop consumer-holic VAP, GWP and Visual merchandising
Be the spokesperson to upload trade marketing plan clearly.
I. Communicate trade marketing plan to sales team & brand marketing team
II. Develop strong relationship with selected strategic customers and network key relevant decision makers for trade & brand activation and events.
III. Assist Sales to negotiate the L3F & promotion with strategic customers (preparation and meetings).
IV. Lead Trade Marketing activation and draw up plans and execute “push” programs in conjunction with brand policies, guidelines and budgets.
Well understand of Off &On market.
I. Need a understanding of Off & On market to plan effective trade plan.
II. Deliver market insight to co-workers.
Analyze the sales opportunities and threats to build trade plan concretely.
Manage agencies to support trade plan well.
Volume target & budget management.

I. Bachelor’s Degree
II. 5~8 years experience of sales, trade marketing
III. Good command of spoken & written English & Korean
IV. Experienced in Liquor, FMCG industry is preferred
