• Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions:
• Conduct resource planning with hiring managers to anticipate future staffing needs.
• Ensure that all key service delivery objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement of service delivery processes and in maintaining and improving contractor/supplier quality.
• Utilize bill rate benchmarking data and competitive bidding to ensure cost containment for the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.
경력 및 자격요건
- IT industry experience is a mandatory
- 3 Years preferably in staffing industry (Search firm or HR outsourcing)
- Proficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks that require detail-orientation. Ability to lead and/or contribute to a team environment.
- Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation. Efficient time management skills.
- Good command of English
