- Responsible for the reports / Financial statements in compliance with IFRS, Korea GAAPs & tax law
- Manage the cash flow forecast & analysis.
- Manage the FX & Metal hedging to mitigate the related risks following group policy in D&U Korea.
- Be key contact / backup for answering questions to the Group reporting team for D&U Korea reporting entities.
- Improve the quality/ accuracy (healthiness) of financial statements by:
Prepare and review monthly accruals done by accountants and cross-check to outstanding PR to minimize PL misstatement risks
Prepare and review the vouchers & reports prepared by the team, according to the ‘Delegation of Authority’, finance SOPs and IA key control metrics requirements
Prepare the Balance Sheet Reconciliations on monthly basis and manage the follow-up of action items
- Provide details to improve the preparation of fixed cost/indirect spending analysis reports (variance vs target, savings etc.) & OWC analysis reports (DSO, DPO etc.) to assist in company performance measurement.
- Manage the filing of accounting and supporting documentations to comply with local filing requirements
- Any ad hoc jobs assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance / Accounting
- Above 8-10 years working experience, including at least 3 years in GL / Reporting, in manufacturing environment, preferably in international companies
- Certification of accounting professional, Medium Level Accountant is preferred

- Familiar with the ERP system, e.g. SAP FI/CO or Microsoft Navision, Experience in HFM (Hyperion) preferred
- Proficient in Korea accounting standards, IFRS & corporate income tax computations
- Good MS Office skills, e.g. Excel, PPT
- Fluent speaking and written in English
- Possess analytical mindset & business sense
- Accountable, confident, results-driven, an independent worker + team player
