• Understand strategies and initiatives that will accelerate revenue growth
• Understanding of the business and how to enable balanced revenue growth and trade spend efficiency.
• Leverage analytical tools by providing insights and recommendations towards the achievement of RGM plans and supporting execution initiatives
• Collaborate and partner with cross-functional team (including Sales, marketing and finance) regarding revenue growth management and trade spend efficiency.
• Support the process of providing pricing-related insights and perspective related to competitor activities, consumer trends and interactions between categories and across price segments
• Support the process of monitoring and shaping of Trade Margins working closely with sales teams. Lead major relevant initiatives such as Trade term.
• Lead multiple strategic tasks (e.g. RGM roll out, mix management, budget management etc.) within tight deadlines, and communicate to key collaborators any challenges/issues in a clear and timely fashion
• Ensuring continuous improvement in all required capabilities (with emphasis on strong analytical skills) and commercial competence for own and other team members.
• Identify opportunities for positive mix improvements across channels, customers, categories and brands down to SKU level, supporting and influencing commercial teams
• Evaluate historical promotional event performance and influence the design of new strategies to maximize performance results. Influence successful deployment of promotion optimization insights to key user groups within commercial, RGM and networked organization
• Drive thought leadership and adaptation recommendations necessary to evolve business segment’s trade spend and promotional strategies by supporting the development of insights and the implementation of optimization principles across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in commercial finance, trade marketing, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in revenue growth management insights(pricing, promotion, trade term and mix management)
• Strong analytical and strategic skills
• Good influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills. Good oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth
• Fluent in English
