• Set-up sales & visitation plan
- Set-up venue visitation plans in line with customer segmentation by weekly & monthly
- Set-up venue development plannings and increase coverages by bi-weekly & monthly
*Executing / Monitoring
• Drive to achieve personal target
- Achieve personal target (KPIs) as allocated by a manager
- Develop WS & venues for venue trade promotions
• Strengthen customer relationship by face to face meeting
- Visit venue as weekly plans in line with sales activity based on venue application guidelines / Entertain key men at need
- Brief & up-date new products, new features and current markets trend to customers in case of necessity
• Gathering up-to-date market information from venue directly
- Check competitor’s sales & promotion scheme by bi-weekly
- Monitor & report GMA in terms of distribution channel, price and proportion by monthly
• Communication
- Discuss & develop POSM with MKT Team
- Discuss tailor made PM with Trade
경력 및 자격요건
• 1~3 years experiences of sales and key account management
• Commercial awareness with previous experience in customer facing roles in an FMCG environment ideally the liquor & drink industry
• Exposure to working in rapidly changing environments
• Good understanding of business strategy
• Working in global company environment
• Bachelor or above
• Excellent communication skills, both Korean & English written and verbal
• Excellent presentation skills, either to a group or one-to-one situation
