- Meet or exceed established share and sales performance targets for an assigned key account base, proactively manage the progress of programs
- Timely submission of an annual goal-setting package to sales management to meet or exceed established market share and sales performance targets for an assigned key account base.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan for key account in accordance with client managment's goals.
- Establish and maintain customer relationship through the provision of value added solution.
- CRM discipline to document all contract activity with them in the CRM database, to prepare and submit Monthly overview summaries to communicate siginificant field activities and record progress of critical customer programs
- Market intelligence to collect, feedback and utilize the information, communicate marketplace activity to Client marketing management
- Proactive communciation with supervisor and other stake holders.
- Support / manage distribution sales including training, coaching, joint customer visit

- Degreed Enigneer
- Consultative selling with strong people skills
- Business acumen, Display and understanding of top and bottom line business issues and imapcts
- Excellent sales, communication, presentation and listening skills
- Computer literacy and the ability to develop proficiency with various software programs
- Fluency in spoken / written English
