1. E-commerce Business operation & management (Operation/ Project /Analysis/ Report)
 Vendor management Knowledge and experience
 E-commerce direct operation experience(Registration product, deal and promotion etc.)
 Coordinate with local partners for online operations (product catalog, product images, prices, stock level and customer services…)
 Monitor and report on competitor landscape, doing regular store check
 Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross-selling mechanisms and data ownership
 Ensure e5P management is in line with the brand and global guideline
 Operate and Merchandise website products based on sales objectives, key seasons, and promotion with online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage
 Shooting agency management experience
 Manage digital campaigns and increase digital media efficiency
2. E-commerce project leading and cooperation
 Lead and negotiate agreements with E-commerce partners
 Communicate with other cross-functional teams & counters & external partners to allocate/consolidate and execute.
 Need stock management with vendor and distribution.
 Localize and update the asset with the agency and cascade it to each channel.
3. New E-commerce Business
 Create new growth opportunities by continuously scanning the market for new platforms, trends and customer opportunities
 Test & Learn new potential business opportunities with protecting brand equity
 Make synergy e-com business with digital contents creation

• Experience: 5 years of e-Commerce field and work experience with digital retailers is highly advantageous
• More prefer to have experience in the fashion industry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder(e.g. Vendors & Agency) management skills
• Management partnerships with major E-Retailers
• A positive, passionate, collaborative and agile attitude
• Business level English (conference call)
• E-com & Fashion & Global company experience
• Ability to coordinate a project
